Chef Satoshi Tsuru 

Leaping into the 14th year of Sushi making, Chef Satoshi is one of the most well-traveled chefs there is, western and oriental way of life mixed within him as he cultivated music culture from the West while working and living out of New York. 

“Ki” refers to a miracle, or something wonderful, while “Shin” denotes something new, as a reflection to chef’s journey path in Bangkok where he finds great friendships. 

You may find chef Sato crafting sushi behind chef’s counter in regular time, but don’t be surprised if you found him behind the restaurant bar “ Glide” DJ booth after hours.
